Carefully pack your Mac in the received protection box and drop it off at the nearest post office. Send it to the address of our repair center.

As soon as we receive your device, our expert technicians perform a complete diagnosis to identify the issue.

A detailed report along with an estimate will be sent to you by email. This estimate will include all necessary information about the repairs to be made and the associated costs.

If you accept the estimate, you will simply need to sign an approval for repair. Our technicians will then begin the repair work on your device.

Once the repairs are completed and your Mac is in perfect working order, we will ask you to pay the amount of the estimate.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will return your device to the address of your choice, and your case will be closed.
